It depends on if you slept a lot of the day or so on. You may just be wide awake because of something you are doing such as a distraction. If you are on your phone then you are most likely going to be up later because it is a distraction.

No it is not. You should go to see a doctor to try to get on a normal sleep schedule. If the doctor does not help go to a sleep specialist.

It really depends on your sleeping pattern. It certainly isn't healthy to be awake at 3am, and you should try to fix that, but it ultimately depends on why you're awake.

Everyone has different schedules. If you're awake at 3 but you feel fine, no worries! If you're awake at 3 and you think it's causing you problems, maybe try working out, eating healthier, or reducing the amount of sleep you get.

It really depends on your sleeping pattern. If it is something abnormal to you then perhaps you have something going on in your life that is stressing you out, so you just can't fall asleep. Perhaps it's one of those nights that you're too hyped to sleep. It certainly isn't health to be awake at 3:00Am .If you continue to do this, it might be best to see a specialist
