Based on your sleep schedule you should respond. If you are going to bed the evening before you sleep at around 8 or 10 PM you can be allright. If you feel tired and terrible however you should see a doctor. As most adults need 6 - 8 hours sleep a night, though it varies from person to person. Take a look at how long you sleep and then take a look at how you feel, if you feel very tired without doing anything it is smart to go as soon as possible. If this is not the case and you just wake up earlier than your average human it still is not a problem.

Myself and a couple friends I know had similar experiences and, as a result, were diagnosed with insomnia. I personally had a pretty bad case of this last year. It is very very frustrating and exhausting to wake up in the middle of the night like that. Of course, you are the expert on your experience and you must make this decision for yourself, but medical intervention in my case and cases for people that I know work really well. Many people that suffer through insomnia also experience anxiety, and other mental health issues, so be sure to check in on yourself. Hope this helps!
