The way that we think in our dreams is very different to the way that we think when we are awake. When we are awake we are 'taking in' information - like what we see/do/feel/hear, but when we sleep we are processing that information and making sense of it. So while it may seem the same in reality it's very different! We all do dream, as this is part of a standard REM cycle (sleep), but it's not uncommon to not remember it or to only remember a little bit.

Consider dreams as a way that brain kind of organise the thoughts and feelings you experienced during the day. We often dream without knowing it. Most people 'never' drem, which means they can't remember they did, but the process of dreaming did happen. Other people can control their dreams. We are all unique and so is our dreaming. Some people can remember dreams better and some doesn't even notice :)

You dream every night! Sometimes you just don't remember it. If you want to remember your dreams some methods of doing so are: - keeping a dream journal (placing importance on remembering your dreams means you're more likely to remember them in the future. if you don't remember anything then just right 'nothing'. if you remember you kind of got this red vibe from the dream, or something very abstract then write down that!) - set the intention to remember your dreams (ever get when you were little that if you said 'I'm going to wake up at 7, you woke up at 7'? intention setting works) Hope some of this information helps anyone who is interested. If this counts as 'giving advice' in a bad way let me know, and I'll try and find a way to delete it (I'm new) :)
