When I have a limited amount of time to get certain things done throughout the day and still get to bed at my normal time. I sit down and write everything down that I need to get done for the day and set time limits for myself for example if I have homework but I need to cook dinner or do laundry I set a certain amount of time for each thing that I need to complete and stick to it the best that I can I always give myself an hour of leeway for my bed time but always make sure to wake up at the same time everyday

Try to set alarms for bedtime to keep it consistent. Count at least 9 hours from your bedtime for your wake up time. The average human being needs 8 hours of sleep, so getting at least 9 hours of sleep is great. And as for all the homework try to organize your time with your homework. Such as doing a subject’s homework during a certain time period. Staying organized with your time helps relieve stress and the overwhelming feeling.
