Doctors say that an adult person should sleep aroung 7 to 9 hours daily. But how much sleep you need depends on many things... you have so sleep long enough that you can stay awake throughout the next day without struggeling. It sleep is a massive burden for you and you suffer from sleep anxietys 4 to 5 hours can be a good bilance too. It depends on you. Listen to your body.

I feel that a good amount of sleep would be anywhere from 6-8 hours of sleep. You can get more obviously if your body needs it but I usually get about 7 hours and wake up refreshed everyday!

Normally 6-8 hours ( I assume you mean nightly and not actually during the daytime) unless you want to feel tired.

For teenagers, I'd recommend an average of 7-9 hours sleep.
Getting to bed at around 10pm, falling asleep by 11pm and waking up at around 6am or 7am.

It differs for everyone, older people will have less sleeping time, then younger selves, but in average a person should get from 7-8 hours of sleep, it is perfect sleep time as scientists say. And if you want to improve your daily habits, it is better to get a sleeping schedule, for example everyday you will go to sleep at 10 o'clock, no exceptions, and wake up at 7.

A total of 8 hours of sleep per day is recommended. Stay away from energy drinks such as five hour energy or monster as they spike your heart rate and blood pressure and give you a lull sense of energy only for it to stagnate later and leave you craving more energy drinks, which are unhealthy for you.
