Depending on your age, if you are a teenager you should be getting more then 8 hours of sleep a night, but if you are an adult you should be getting around 8 hours of sleep.

Whatever is natural for you really. Some people sleep a little some people sleep a lot. If your sleepinf is interfering with your life maybe try getting up earlier

As a teenager you should at least get 8 hours of sleep. As an adult 7 - 8 hours are necessary. But sometimes the quality of your sleep is way more important than the quantity!

It depends on your age, but 8+ hours sleep is the suggested minimum for an adult, the younger a person is, the more sleep they should be getting, this should all be in one block, and not broken up into little naps, there is a cycle the brain has to go through to get the proper benefits from sleep, if the sleep is disturbed, this can't happen and this is when sleep deprivation sets in.If you are struggling to get the right amount of sleep I suggest seeing a doctor. :D

The average amount of sleep any teen or adult should get is 8 hours, however it can be different for many people. Though a person should get no less than 5 or 6 hours of sleep.

It really depends on how old you are and what type of body you have. Generally though 8 or 9 hours is preferable.
