It depends on your own habit, while you can try usually 7-10 hours will be recommended! You can try to sleep for 7.5 hours or 9 hours, for they are the times of 1.5, one complete sleeping cycle for humans so that you can wake up more easily and better enjoy your morning time!!! To better and more rapidly fall asleep, you can take a warm shower and listen to some soft music. There are some techniques provided on youtube, and I sincerely encourage you to practice time in your daily time so that in the evening falling asleep will be much more accessible!
