7- 9 hours of sleep is a must ! It's not just getting the right "amount" of sleep, sleeping at the right time is also very important. We should always be reminded that sleeping in the day is completely different from sleeping at night where we often reach the period of "deep sleep". Only then can our mood boost, and our minds a little more clear.
Sleeping in the day is not so relevant because of the adjustment that our body has to compromise to sleep in the day where there is light. It'll make it harder for us to sleep at night as well. We can roughly only achieve a what we call "REM" sleep and that's not good enough for us to go on with our day.
Make sure you get some sound sleep and take care!

Usually You need 7 to 8 hours a day. Maybe more if you are physically tired, for example after intense workouts. The amount of sleep affects your performance on the next day. It also reflects your situation. If you are sleeping less, perhaps you are busy or you have something on your mind all the time. If you are sleeping more, you may need to understand why. It could be a healthy condition. It could also be a symptom of you being upset. The habit and the pattern matter as well. Smartphones, things in daytime, exercise and your mind could be something to start with if you have sleep problem and want to know why.

I always recommend sleeping 8 hours a day, so that we can have a better performance during the day, if we have problems at bedtime it is never a bad option to have a glass of hot milk or listen to our favorite music to calm down, I do not recommend taking naps during the day, since that makes us have problems sleeping at night, if we have more serious problems it is never a bad idea to visit a specialist, so that he can prescribe sleeping pills or against migraines and insomnia, sleep is very important Since it makes us look fabolus, it helps in our development, it makes our skin more beautiful and in the same way it helps us keep our mental health in balance

I will suppose you are a teenager or an adult, I think a minimum of 6 hours of sleep and a good sleep of 8 - 9 hours. When I say 6 hours , it means the time when you are sleeping and not the time when you go to bed and when you wake up. If you go to bed on 11 pm and fall asleep on 12:30 am and wake up around 6 :00 am, then it is a sleep of 5 and a half hours and not 7 hours. If you wake up in between or you have sleeping problems then I suppose you are not sleeping enough. Try to increase the time then. So make sure you go early to bed and rise up early and maintain a daily routine. Take care ☺

As long as you feel refreshed when you wake up in the morning, thats when you will know you had a good night sleep. Ideal is to go to sleep and wake up at the same time. Everyone's needs differ. Some may go by with just 6-7 hours of sleep, and some may need minimum 7-8 hours. How would you make sure you get enough sleep every night? Would you try to be active, eat light healthy dinner, listen to a calming music? Choice is yours. You can look at your timetable, priorities and needs for the next day so you can plan bed time ahead.

According to experts the amount of sleep you should get varies depending on your age.
For teenagers between 14 to 17 years old the average is 8 to 10 hours since they are still growing.
For younger adults 18 to 64 years old the range is between 7 to 9 hours .
Older Adults 65+ years old should get between 7 or 8 hours of sleep.
Keep in mind that this is an average number, some people may need as few as 6 hours or as much as 10 hours every day. So as long as you are close you your age range and feel well rested after waking up you should be fine :)

Most adults need 7 to 9 hours, although some people may need as few as 6 hours or as many as 10 hours of sleep each day.
The amount of sleep a person needs goes up if they’ve missed sleep in previous days. If you don’t have enough, you’ll have a "sleep debt," which is much like being overdrawn at a bank. Eventually, your body will demand that you start to repay the debt.
We don't really adapt to getting less sleep than we need. We may get used to a schedule that keeps us from getting enough sleep, but our judgment, reaction time, and other functions will still be off.

Everyone's sleep rhythm is different, but you should aim to get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep if you are an adult, and around 9 hours if you are an adolescent. If you are having trouble sleeping enough, try going to bed around the same time each night. Staying active during the day, and avoiding or limiting naps can also help you sleep better. Stress, medical conditions, caffeine, and medications can also affect your ability to sleep. As you probably know, sleep quality affects your overall health, energy level, and mood. But it also affects your memory, heart health, productivity, and exercise performance! Good luck with your sleep!

8 hours a day is what most doctors suggest. However, everyone is different and some people will need more or less than this to feel well-rested and able to function well.
Teenagers also generally need more sleep because of the energy they expend growing. With this in mind it's not unusal for teenagers to feel tired more often, and to want to sleep for longer.
It's important to get as much sleep as you feel you need in order to wake up refreshed.
However, if this feels like an unusual amount it might be useful to consider going to the doctor to address any underlying issues.

Well, it really differs from an age category to another, like if you are a teen the average is from 8-10 hours at night consecutively, a young adult should get from 7-9 hours and same goes for adult between age 26-64 years. These ranges are confirmed by the National Sleep Foundation and that's what's state in their guidelines as far as I am concerned. As it is believed that this amount of hours of sleep could really help your mind and body to give them some rest, so upon you knowing the average you should sleep daily, you could reflect to yourself how hours you actually get to sleep and try step by step to reach to the suitable amount of sleep you need. Hope that helped a bit.
