This all depends on your age and your daily schedule. Personally, I attempt to aim 8-9 hours per night. Sometimes listening to relaxing music, cuddling your pillow, thinking of happy memories to trigger your brain into dreaming [anything simple, easy, and positive] to help yourself fall asleep faster.
