If you do wake up at night to eat, tell yourself that it's not what you want. Also, if you haven't been eating filling dinners two hours before sleeping, consider doing that. Maybe that will help. Once you wake up, don't get out of bed. Just close your eyes and do your best to fall back asleep.

A lot of the time, you wake up hungry because of the fact that you didn't eat efficiently during the day. Eating meals during the day can help, because then your body makes a schedule for itself.

Try and make regular eating patterns, eg: breakfast at 7, lunch at 12, dinner at 7, or something like that, depending on school.

Drink lots of water. Have a consistant equilibrated dinner, drink a night tea and stop using internet, phone, tv 2 hours before bed.

Drinking water helps a lot. I also listen to music to help me get back to sleep. Also, if I tire myself out during the day, it helps me sleep peacefully at night. :3
