Crush is the most beautiful and most attractive person in your life. But it hurts alot too when you don't get your crush. It's everyone's wish to get their crush. But it's always better to try your luck when you have chance. Chances are that you will never regret in your life but will still have sweet memories. It might seem impossible at that time but as time passes by everything becomes normal. Even though you might not forget but you will also not obsess. Time is the best healer.

It's difficult to stop thinking about crush by just telling ourselves to do so. Sometimes doing new activities helps, but it'll be hard if you still can't take your mind of him/her. If you are anything like me, probably you can start making a list of why you should stop thinking about your crush, e.g. you have a lot on your plate so you need to concentrate. Then, every time you think about him/her, read the list you've made to convince yourself that you shouldn't be thinking about your crush. By putting logical reasoning in perspective, your mind will find ways to put the matter aside. And finally, please give yourself a time. I'm sure you'll be fine. I hope it works well for you! All the best :)

Remember that you yourself might be someone else's crush. It's natural to feel that way but crushes get crushed easily so try spending your time and energy on other things that make you happy.

What always works for me is just busying myself with other matters, like absorbing myself in work or studying. Getting over your crush will take time, and distraction can help make that time fly by.

You can distract your thoughts from your crush by thinking about the other things in life that make you happy--friends, family, exercise, art, reading, etc-- other than one person.

Start by doing things that will take your mind off things for a while, like reading, exercising, talking to friends, etc. It will always come with time and slowly you will forget he/she even exists until someone reminds you of them.

I find that when thoughts start to dwell on the object of our affection too much, having a list or plan of activities you enjoy as a go to can be a great help! Reading, Music, exercise or yoga. pick up the phone and have a non related conversation.
