How do I relax with all the stress revolving around me?

Depending on the level of stress, there are many activities that help with relieving stress. There are breathing exercises like Dragon's Breath (usually done by sitting cross legged on the floor, or however is most comfortable, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth; kind like a dragon roar), writing down what is stressing you out may be helpful as well, taking a break by doing a physical activity like walking, dancing, playing an instrument, biking, lifting weights, running, anything to get your body moving and get endorphins flowing! Sometimes when we're stressed, we spiral into thinking about nothing else but how stressed we are, some other activities to relax include cooking/baking, playing with certain toys like fidget cubes/spinners, playing with slime, repetitve motions like brushing a doll's hair, playing a familiar video game, watching a familiar video etc. There are many activities which help take our minds off stressful situations, however if none of these activities help, it may be worth meeting with a licensed professional to discuss stressful situations and coping mechanisms.
