Try putting the alarm far away from where you sleep so that you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Change the sound of it often so you don't get too used to it. It also helps to take off your blanket right away as a step towards getting up.

Try setting multiple alarms for different time spans and set them a little earlier, so you're already knowing you have to wake up. I'd suggest putting your alarm away from where you sleep so you automatically have to get up to shut it off.

Put on a really loud and annoying ring tone, and place your alarm in the other side of the room. If your alarm is on your phone, get an extension cord and place it on a chair in the furthest corner. This will force you out of bed

If you wake up in time, then reinforcer yourself with something nice or something you enjoy. However if you aren't able to wake up in time that day, then you don't get the reinforcement.

Set multiple alarms and place one well out of arms reach so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. And sleep with your blinds open - the natural light transition from night/dawn-day should give your circadian rhythm a boost and help you wake up more easily.

What I like to do is set my alarm about 20min. early. Then, after I've hit snooze a couple of times, it's then the time I intend on waking up.

This takes practice. Start by never hitting snooze no matter how much you may want to. After a few weeks, it will happen automatically. After a few months, you will notice that you start to wake up even before your alarm goes off.
