What if you adjust the time you went to bed. Sometimes we get up early because we went to bed early.

There's lots of natural supplements out there that can help with sleep, such as Melatonin, which can most likely be found at your local drug store. You can also try and refrain from using electronics before bed and to practice relaxing your muscles, instead, which tends to help you to sleep much better and longer. Then, of course, there's simply not going to bed until much later in the evening so that you not only go to bed later, but you wake up later, too.

I would stay up later at night for about a week to break the habit of waking up early and then adding on hours as time goes on this way your body will get use to getting more hours of sleep and you will be able to sleep in more often.

Go to bed later in the evening and sleep in a dark room so the light doesn't wake you up. Another possibility is to exhaust yourself more, which will result in the extra need of sleep.

Sleep earlier at night. If you complete your eight required hours of sleep you'll feel fresh in the morning.

Go to bed later. Get black out curtains to block the Sun. If it gets noisy in the morning close the window in your room before you go to bed.

It depends on what it is that's making you wake up early. If it's the early sunlight during the summer months you could try hanging a rug over your curtains or wearing an eye mask to blog out extra light; if it's noise, you can try noise cancellation earplugs or a white noise machine, for which you can get an app on your phone. Try not to drink caffeine late in the day or too much alcohol as since it is a depressant it can encourage your body to wake you up as a response. The main trick is to be relaxed when you go to bed - try to make sure your bed is warm but your room cool, maybe try a calming scent such as lavender to aid sleep, and don't use screens to close to bedtime.

There are many ways that you can stop yourself from waking up early in the morning. The most obvious one would be going to bed at a later time, even though I do not advise this since going to bed at a time that is too late can have effects on your immune system. However, it would not hurt to stay up at least a little bit slightly more than you would. You can also try to put on a sleeping mask since our brains are wired to perceive darkness with going to sleep, so it is helpful to try to avoid the perception of stimuli involving light, such as sunshine for at least a few hours.
