People of different ages require different amounts of sleep, as I'm sure you know. I'd say that when it starts to effect your daily life then you should possibly look into techniques to sleep, such as aroma therapy. Good, constant routines can be really helpful. If all else fails, perhaps looking into some medicine may be a better route to take.
