Sleep deprivation becomes a problem when you start to avoid things you would normally be doing or start compensating for the lost sleep in an unhealthy way, such as excessive caffeine. At this point, you need to evaluate what may be causing you difficulty and develop a plan to begin to relieve the issue.

it all depends on activities, when you're sleep deprived but didn't do much activities you won't feel tired, but if you have a usy schedule and you're not sleeping, adding to that the fact that a lack of sleep can cause eating disorders or stress then that's when it's a problem. generally stopping everything and just laying down and relaxing can help, even if not sleeping but just the fact that a body is relaxed can help feel better or refreshed

Immediately, one missed night's of sleep causes reduced reaction times and sluggish thinking which can lead to all kinds of disaster and also limits how much the body can repair itself during the night. In the grander scheme of things, sleep derivation becomes a 'severe' problem once psychological issues start occurring, long term sleep deprivation can inhibit brain development in certain areas and can increase risk for diabetes and other illnesses/diseases.

Well, sleeping that little until you have eye bags are definitely not healthy, however, some people don’t get eye bags, so your way to gage if you sleep too little is firstly if your grades start to drop. Sleep helps to refresh our mind and memory, which improves grades! A second factor is if you are starting to have more pimple outbreaks. Sleep is also a reset button for your skin to rest and replenish! Feel free to add more pointers into my post, and I hope it has helped you. Sleep well!
