You could try having a hot herbal tea that would make you feel refreshing, get some deep breathing exercises and meditation done using apps before you start your daily activities or having a nutritious breakfast along with other nutritious meals throughout the day. If you have been going through restless nights quite often, you might probably try to understand what's causing that and how you could prevent its occurrence also, talk to your medical professional in case you are not being disturbed by it frequently.

After restless nights, the morning is very hard and tiring. Here are some tips to energize yourself that I use. -Rub a cold washcloth on your face and hold it there for a few seconds. The cold water energizes your face and is good for your pores first thing in the morning. -Eat a full breakfast. This feeds your brain, and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. -In some cases, moderate caffeine can help you, but in moderate amounts. This is not always good, just might help. -Smile and be positive. "Another day!! Woohoo! Let's do this thing!"

Yes. I suppose the first thing I go for is a coffee, but it is also important to go for a nice morning walk after your coffee. I like to listen to the birds sing and enjoy a bit of nature from the garden when the morning is very fresh. I suppose it depends on the weather but I always feel energized after a morning walk. You should wake up after the first alarm ring even if you did not have a good nights sleep. Just get through the day and try to get to bed a little bit earlier the next day in order to make up for the sleep lost.
