I can't sleep at night due to nightmares and barely get 2-3 hours of sleep a day, I feel like running on autopilot what do I do?
In some dreams I can experience all senses in vivid excruciating detail. It's not lucid, and not reliving memories. It's something completely new, but feels so real. What do I do?
My sleep is normal until 8-9am hits and that is when I start waking up every hour does anyone know why?
Does anyone have any tips to stay asleep and not wake up repeatedly once you are already sleeping?
