Itching is a good thing. It means that they are still healing. Scars heal sometimes or it could be that the outside may be done healing but the inside isn't.

I think your scars still itch because they're healing. It can take a while before they will stop itching. But eventually they will do.

Itchy scars can be horrible especially when we are trying to refrain from self harm. The itching sensation is the scars healing - nurtue them when a moisturiser or vitamin e oil it will help soothe the itching and be a visible reminder than you are nurturing yourself and allowing yourself to heal

Scars take a long time to heal, the skin has to mend, and when it does the scar tissue underneath it can be quite irritable. If you are concerned you should visit your doctor to make sure there isn't an infection.

It's the skin trying to heal itself. Try not to scratch them if you want the scars to be almost invisible
