I've cut myself in the past. I stopped but I used to before. I overthink alot and sometimes it goes over board and get's unbearable. The thoughts in my head are always negative ones and painful ones. So I started cutting so I can get my mind off those thoughts. After I cut I would focus on the pain and I'd feel numb and fall asleep.
