Make sure to disinfect them using an alcohol disinfectant/warm sea salt water and then bandage them. If they happen to be deep but small, try a butterfly bandage. Make sure to change your wound dressings, especially before and after a shower. Also, if/when they get itchy, do not scratch. Patting them lightly or even running cool water on them will reduce the itchiness

If you cut, make sure you clean your blades with hot water before and after you cut to sterilize them. Also make sure you use alcohol wipes to clean out your wounds afterwards. Seek medical attention if you think you have any infections. Stay safe.

Clean them everyday and watch for infection. Also make sure you do not pick at them and let them heal. You can also use healing cream to make sure that the do not get infected and have them heal quicker.

It depends on what wounds you have. If you are talking about self-harm cuts, you may want to clean and bandage them, changing the bandages every so often. If the cuts are deep, you may want to visit a hospital, as you may need stitches. To better care for them, I suggest that you ask someone more qualified. Remember to stay safe and that you are loved.

To properly take care of any wounds, you should stop all bleeding. Then clean them by rinsing them off, drying carefully, and using rubbing alcohol to get rid infection. You should carefully wrap the wounds. You should almost always go to the doctor if it is a deep wound, just to be sure, and if the wounds are from self harm, you should speak to a therapist or your doctor.

my doctor recommended to put like aquaphor healing cream on mine, and as long as the cuts aren't very deep, it helps them to heal and makes them less red and noticable

Clean it, use healing cream/antiseptic cream on it, and cover it with a bandage that you change every day.

Disinfecting your wounds is the most important step to take. Then, depending on how deep/bad it is, you might want to bandage it, to prevent dirt getting into the wound. If you do bandage it, make sure you change the bandage regularly, especially after you've showered or taken a bath. Let the wound heal and even though tempting, try not to scratch the scabs away.

Depending of the wound, it would be a good idea to clean it and put a bandage on it. But the best way to take care of your wound is to see a professional.
