Self harm is n outlet that people use to physically express their emotional and mental pain. Self harm can be seen in any age group and it is usually a sign that the person needs to talk through what is going on. As four year old, most people may think that there aren't many things that could push them to self harm, but they may have an underlying diagnosed condition such as anxiety. Anxiety could lead a child to constantly think about if they are doing enough to make the ones that they love proud. It is also possible that there are family problems that cause a child to self harm.
