Dial being an anti bacterial soap is absolutely fine to clean with. The way soap works is that the molecules of soap attach to the molecules of dirt, grime etc... and remove them from your skin. If you're an anti bacterial soap user, than that is fine. As long as the cuts are superficial (surface things, minor cuts-- not deep wounds) you should be fine. Your financial status determining what soap you use doesn't determine your worth as a person. And when it comes to cleaning cuts, you do want to ensure you do scrub hands thoroughly for about 30 seconds or so.
