The answer to this question totally depends on your comfort level. If you feel safe enough with your partner and know that they'll support you, then go for it. Showing your cuts can be nerve wracking sometimes. If you trust your partner not to judge you, then show him/her your cuts.

That’s up to you and no one else can make that choice for you, your partner will be worried about you no matter what, especially after a relapse and sometimes may ask to see the cuts to check how bad they are or help you keep them clean. I know it’s not the nicest feeling but they’re doing it because they care, if you don’t want to show them that’s okay, you only do what you’re comfortable with. The same applies to the other way around, if you want to show your partner your cuts, take your jumper off etc and they’re easily triggered or ask you not to then it’s your responsibility to listen to your partners request and respect them.

Yes, you should. My boyfriend knew about my cuts by seeing them accidentally. Then when I cut myself again,I told him and then showed the cuts. It's a matter of trust. He reacted by being so sad and begged me to not do it again because that would break his heart, and I never did it again. For him. You could try it. It really helps a lot having someone who cares and begs you to stop cutting.

If he asks you to you should, if he doesn't then don't because he might feel helpless and blame himself that he wasn't there for you and that could lead to relationship complications

Yes, inviting your partner into your shoes may help them better understand what you are experiencing and inquire them to communicate with you on how they can help or do to make sure you are healing. Your partner is your other half, you should not have to hide your emotions and feelings from them. They love you and are ready to be there for you every step of the way during your healing journey. Stay honest with your partner and they will achieve a better understanding of your place and how they need to improve or help you heal.
