Firstly, I’m glad to hear that you’re not seriously considering committing suicide, but this still needs to be taken seriously. Any thoughts of suicide or self harm are not normal and should be evaluated by a professional. There may or may not be an u deleting mental health illness that’s causing these thoughts. I recommend a few things to help with these. First is to talk with a friend, family member, or therapist about these thoughts. Another great idea is to write down how you’re feeling. This helps you sort out your feelings. And lastly is to find what makes you happy; like a hobby, and do that whenever you start to notice these thoughts come up. Good luck!
