What use to help me as a teen was writing names of people who were imporant to me. this made it where i didn't want to cut them so i had to stop cutting in general. also drawing with marker lines up and down when i got angry and often. another way is so go in your room take your pillow and scream into it until you feel better. another way is to write on paper how you're feeling, put socks on your hands while youre thinking about it or chew gum. another way could possible be listening to music and crying instead.
