Self harm scars heal over time, some take days, months, years to heal , some leave permanent scaring. There is no true way of getting rid of them as such as your body heals itself over time which is affected by your age. If you're still self harming I would say you need to talk to a doctor and get professional help.

There are a lot of different protein-creams available. They are originally meant for stretch marks, but works just as well on self harm scars.

Things you would want to use to help get rid of Self Harm Scars!!!! --Try a silicon gel sheet. --Use Mederma. --Try Bio-Oil --Try other scar reduction creams or gels. --Apply petroleum jelly to fresh scars. --Try aloe vera. --Use lemon juice. --Use olive oil. --Use concealer and foundation. --Wear wrist accessories. --Accept your scars. Your scars may be something you want to hide or avoid talking about, but they can also remind you about your personal strength. Acknowledge that you went through a very difficult stage in your life and you have grown stronger since then.

I used stretch mark cream as well as Shea Butter lotion to help with my scars, It has done a significant job of dulling the scar and making it appear a lot smaller.

I have been struggling with this myself, and the only thing I found helpful was to avoid direct sun (which is not good for any scars) and put lotion on daily. After a while I could actually see progress, and now they're almost completely gone.

Lemon juice helps remove them, and you might want to invest in scar cream. Unfortunately they might stay for a long time. If you're lucky they'll fade with time. Also make-up is a short term solution.

Sometimes you just have to wait it out. Yes I know it might take a while but trust me once they are gone you will feel so much better.
