I covered mine with makeup and clothing, you can still see them now but they are a lot less noticable. If you are looking to hide them go to places like boots for makeup as its pretty cheap :-)

Try using any kind of lotion you can find. Sometimes that helps the skin heal the way it's supposed to

There are scar revision surgeries and the like, but my personal favorite is to tattoo over them! I know tattoos aren't for everyone, but there is something brilliant about covering up something sad with something beautiful!

Using a vitamin oil and baking soda is a solution i found somewhere, basically mix the oil and the baking soda together to make a 'scrub'. Apply water to scars and then apply the 'scrub' you made earlier and then rinse it off after massaging the scrub in. It also helps skin become softer so it's helpful in that respect too. :)
