Yes, it does and i wouldn't recommend it as you could possibly be danger or you could be left with medical issues and burns due to the acid.

It sure does. Purposefully hurting yourself counts as self harm. But please, don't hurt yourself! :)

Yes. Anything you are doing to intentionally hurt yourself counts as self-harm, whether it be burning yourself, cutting yourself, hitting yourself, etc.

Absolutely. In what world would it not? It causes bodily harm, and if done to ones self then it is self-harm by all means. In other countries (think, the Middle East) you hear about women being abused to attacked by acid, and we consider that to be a hate crime, do we not? If it is harmful for someone to do it to another person then it is harmful for someone to do it to themself.

I believe any physical harm to oneself counts as an act of self-harm, whether or not the damage is visible.

Yes, it does. Anything you do to intentionally harm yourself is considered self-harm. It doesn't matter what the action is, really.

Yes, it does. Any sort of self inflicted harm to your body is considered self-harm, and there are many ways people do so, but yes it is considered self harm in my opinion.

There are a lot of different forms of self-harm. Acid can count as one, and so can hair pulling, hitting yourself, etc. If you or someone you know might be at risk or are currently self-harming, please let someone know. A parent or school counselor would be best. Don't let things get out of control.

Yes - self harm isn't limited to cuts. It can be defined as any type of deliberate injury to oneself.
