Self-harm is defined as the intentional and direct injuring of oneself. Based on this definition, if you are scratching yourself in order to injure yourself it is self-harm.

Everything that includes hurting yourself on purpose is considered as a self-harm behavior, even if there are no such consequences as bleeding.

I always have this problem when I get extremely angry. It's more of an anger problem, or anxiety problem in my experience. I would say it is on the way to self harm.

I would say yes. You still have an intent to harm yourself. There's a difference between scratching yourself because of an itch, and scratching yourself to cause harm to your body.

Yes. Anything that you do to yourself with the intent to harm yourself is consider self harm. It doesn't matter if you bleed. Doing harm to your self no matter what it is, is considered self harm.
