Therapists have a strong value of confidentiality. Sharing urges with them can seem scary, but it's definitely okay to do this. The only occasion that they would ever break that trust, is if you told them that you had already hurt someone, or were going to do so imminently, or if yours or anyone else's life was in danger. It's definitely best to share everything with them so they can help you properly, they want to support you and won't judge anything you tell them, it's what they are there for. Don't be afraid to be honest, and remember you're not alone. Take care
