Can I learn to use other forms of coping to resist the urges of Self Harm?
Why do I keep thinking about cutting when I haven't cut in years?
I’ve had these three cuts on my legs that have been inflamed for over 5 months now. They itch sometimes, but I can’t tell my parents and they are turning purple. How do I get rid of this?
I pick my elbows/head/feet- the skin until it bleed. I also bite inside of my cheek.It relaxes me and is a bit of an obsession. I don't want to hurt myself. Is it still self-harm?
So we are kinda poor and have basic soap like Dial, is that an ok soap to clean cuts?
Is admitting to self-harm worth the cost of losing everything I have? My job, my income, my family? I'll get fired if my work find out and I couldn't live like that.
I had a dream of a friend talking about ways she could harm herself to the point where she wouldn't survive. What does this mean? I've tried looking all over the internet but I can't find anything.
