Your acne is just apart of who you are and you should feel beautiful in your own skin. People should be able to see past that and not have you worry about judging.

Acne is a difficult thing to have to deal with. Accepting yourself for who you are, flaws and all, is something that we should all strive to do. It's hard, but every day think of 3 nice things to say about yourself. And with acne, if you notice that certain foods seem to be 'triggering' for it then perhaps try to remove the food. Example: dairy milk tends to trigger mine, so I avoid dairy milk. Then certain skincare products do the same to me as well. It's a bit of a process of elimination but it's entirely possible. Spot treatments are also beneficial if you have just a few spots that you need to address.
