I remember reading somewhere that everyone feels this way. Don't remember where it was, but your problem is important!

Everyone is different . Sometimes we label things as not necessary because we make a subconscious value of our thoughts. Every thought, both good and bad has its special energy, it's special frequency in which we tend to overlook. In my opinion every problem had its place. If it is big and important enough to bother you, then it is important. Then again this is my look on things, and I would be more than willing to listen to you whenever you have time. Thank you^^

Yes, I do feel like some of my problems are not severe enough to be important. I have a tendency to place them on a scale and think that mine do not weigh as heavily as others, so I push them off as unimportant. The truth is that any problem that is keeping you from living life to the fullest, is a problem that deserves to be handled compassionately and appropriately. All problems are like buildings. When you look at buildings from the street level, they all have different sizes, or heights to them. We tend to do that with problems. However, if you look at all buildings from the sky, they look the same. Our problems are no different than those buildings. It's about perspective.

Well yes sometimes one can feel like they're problem is not severe but a problem is a problem as long as it is bothering them, and one shouldn't suppress it or ignore their problem thinking it isn't that important. Even the smallest problem can affect one's mental health. Don't compare your problems with anyone else's because you have a different life from theirs and your problems has a different impact on yourself, comparing your problem with someone else's problem you might end up decreasing the impact of your problem or the importance of that problem. And try to solve your problem or seek help from someone even if you feel like your problem is small. Take care!
