Relationships take a lot of work from both people involved. Only you can make the decision as to whether or not you should leave the relationship after finding out your boyfriend has cheated. However, you need to ask yourself - Can I trust this person again? Do I believe that this won't happen again? You deserve to be loved and love others without question or doubt. We all make mistakes, we are human after all. And sometimes these mistakes have a huge impact on those we love. But it's how we move forward from this, do their actions speak louder than words? Do they regret what they did and are actively trying to change for the better?
You will start to ask yourself the same questions over and over again, "Why did they do this to me? Why was I not good enough? What did I do wrong?" And the truth is, there is no answer to that. Because what they did was their actions and their actions alone. It does not reflect on you and how much you give to them. You should never question if you are good enough.
Staying with them will require work, dedication, patience, forgiveness and understanding. If you feel as though you can do these things, then maybe the relationship is worth fighting for. But don't feel ashamed, embarrassed, a failure, guilty or anything in between if you feel as though you cannot do these things, because you have already given so much of yourself to begin with.
Do what makes you happy. Stay where you feel happy.
