I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this. I'm in the middle of a similar situation and I truly feel your pain. It can be so lonely. I think the best thing you can do now is to be gentle with yourself and also start to fill up your days with things that make you happy again. For example, I started taking a college ceramics class each Monday and Wednesday morning for a whole semester... and that became the thing I looked forward to most each week. Is there something like that you could do or get involved in? You might find that it becomes your biggest support during these heartbreaking days. Any small step in the right direction will make a big difference while you face these incredibly difficult circumstances. Don't forget that you truly are worthy of love and care.
