I like a guy. But he doesn't talk much and am afraid to approach him since he is always surrounded by his friends. What do I do?

You can always hope for a lucky moment alone with him but that is not always ideal. I know it can be awkward but you can ask to speak with him privately when he's with friends. One other solution is reach out to him on social media if that is an option. You can also go up to his friend group with a few of your friends, start a conversation and get his number. Since he doesn't talk much it might be good to talk to him while he's with his friends, I know that sounds a little scary but it might be easier for him to you, if that makes sense.
