If the girl you had a crush on for 5 years, isn't your girlfriend then you have obviously been unfaithful and I think that you should talk to both this girl and your girlfriend about it. That is a lot of things to deal with there. Having a support circle next to you is really important at times like these but so is being loyal to your girlfriend. I know it will be hard to take this decision right now but you need to think if you want to be with your girlfriend, with yourself or pursue things with the other girl. And no matter what decision you arrive at, you also have to let your gf know what happened with you and the other girl. I might not have been in a lot of romantic relationships but no matter what kind of relationships they are, they deserve honesty.
