You need to try and sit him down and explain to him how your feeling and try stay calm be positive in the situation and try work it out, sometimes it’s hard To keep Calm but deep breaths and slowly helps all situation can be fixed in the correct manner and doesn’t always need to be a bad situation, sometimes it’s harder for people to listen and sometimes they struggle with it but with you keeping your calm and talking would make the situation a little easier to deal with but talking is definitely the correct way to deal with it

Have a chat with him - dedicate a good amount of time to talk to each other and express everything on your mind in a calm way without holding anything back. Ensure that you listen properly to what he has to say and try to understand where he is coming from. When you have both spoken about your worries I suggest that you come to an overall judgement and make a decision together. However, if he doesn't seem to want to communicate with you then choose a time that he wants to have a proper conversation. If you both think that the best thing for you two is to break up then don't hesitate to do so :)

If a relationship gets toxic I don't think so you should stay in one. Understanding is important. If you guys don't have that then you should leave him. The basic rule is to listen if he don't do that. Stop wasting your time. Just focus on your career. Focus on the things which are not toxic for you. Things will be fine if you want them to be. You know you tried holding him. He is the one who needs to understand it. It's okay to move on if you feel like this is not working for you. Love yourself.
