How is he behaving to make you feel this way? First consider what in his behavior is making you feel that he no longer loves you. Also consider whether these behaviors could be due to other factors in his life at the moment, such as stress. Have you tried speaking it through with him to express how you are feeling?

I would honestly tell you to have a conversation with your boyfriend. We tend to think the worse in situations when it is only our brain playing tricks on us. Also, when speaking with him have a purpose and be prepared to have either a tough conversation or a very positive conversation. Remember you have friends and families that are there to talk to and vent to. I believe that your first step is to breath and make sure your brain is not playing tricks on you and when you truly feel calm have a honest conversation with your boyfriend. Wish you best of luck@

Communicate, communicate, communicate! I know it sounds lame or expected, but communication really is the key to relationships - with anyone! If you can't openly and honestly discuss your relationship and your feelings, there's always going to be some kind of disconnect. Try to describe your own feelings and how you experience his actions or inactions. Sometimes people are just unaware of how they're making someone else feel.

The most important thing is to talk to each other in a safe and comfortable area. Talk to him about how he feels and make sure you're listening and understand him clearly. Make sure is reasons for not loving you are logical and truthful. Tell him how you feel. Give him the option to work it out. If he declines your option peacefully agree and move on. Negative words and arguments should be exceeded to reduce stress and anxiety.

It’s a big deal when we start to feel like a relationship is changing, especially if it may not be going the way we want. In a mutually loving relationship, communication is important to make sure that the two of you stay on the same page. Often times, a good relationship includes feeling like your partner is like a best friend. How long have the two of you been together? What works well in the relationship? Do you feel supported and encouraged in this relationship? What types of things have happened to make you feel unloved? Some men show their feelings in different ways. How often does your boyfriend express his emotions in general? The best thing you can do is to seek out facts, rather than feelings, so that you know where the relationship stands. Even though it can be really hard to do, sometimes asking your boyfriend how he feels things are going may be a good thing. If he does want to continue the relationship, this will open up that chance to talk things through. The truth will help you understand what you should do, much more so than not knowing. If this is not your true love, you will be able to grieve, heal and learn more about yourself. And then you will be ready to move on. Even a relationship that doesn’t last will teach us things about ourselves and help us to grow. It has the power to make the next relationship stronger. If this is the first time you have been in a relationship, things may feel very intense. Not all relationships are permanent, as I’m sure you have seen, so keeping an open mind will be helpful as you work through your situation.

If you don't think your boyfriend doesn't love you anymore you can discuss it with them to see why they don't want to and find out a solution that way or even writing a letter to them asking why if there out of country.

Why do you feel so? Often, things are not simple. Mybe you could ask him whether he is still loving you? I think the best way is talking with him about your feelings. You can tell your friends about your feelings in the situation. When they know him and you as well, they maybe will have a more objective view of the situation. But you should not stay alone with your feelings- talk to someone who understands you about it. Someone who hugs you, feels with you and try to point out why you are feeling what you are feeling.
