It depends why this fear exists in the first place. The best route to take would be to do some self-reflection or work with a therapist to determine the root cause of why you feel this way. Once you understand the reasoning behind it, you can move forward toward overcoming it. Is it something from your past? Is it something in your present? How do you feel when someone DOES touch you? Are you worried, scared, sad, empty? Is it on a certain place on your body only? Are you injured? Is it sexual? Is it something else entirely? These are some questions that you can ask yourself as a first step toward understanding your fear and why it exists. From there, many different forms of therapy and communication can help you.
