You don't have to tell anyone unless you want to. It's up to you but I suggest if you do decide to share that it's with someone you trust. Family and friends are there to support you and support can help in the process of healing. Decide when you're ready but don't feel pressured.

Traumatic experiences have a lot of impact in our lives. Sometimes it is difficult to share this kind of experience with someone, but if you want to do it you can as it can prevent you from bottling things up and it can help you accept what happened. The more you talk about it, there is going to come a time when you can share that experience without feeling sad or crying, meaning that you have healed and it doesn't hurt you anymore. Go for it it if you feel comfortable and prepare, no pressure. I hope it goes well.

what happens in you life, you shouln't be obligated to share it with anyone. If you feel like it is embarrasing or uncomfortable to share it, you do not have to. Sharing secrets does not really validate friendship in my opinion. but if you trust your friends and really feel like they may understand, go right ahead and tell them. be sure, of course that this wouldnt hurt your relationship with anyone. Sometimes things like this may strenghten your relationship, and getting things off your mind may help you too! Keep in mind, though, that it isnt a necessity to share it!

If you trust them enough and you think they'd be mature enough to understand then most definitely, yes. It is necessary to share such events to at least one person to decrease the pain and restlessness. Especially when it's someone you trust a lot and they're understanding. All the best and get well soon
