http://www.pbs.org/parents/ is a great recourse for parenting and children, it includes many features, articles, and activities.

http://www.babycenter.com/ is a great resource. When you are initially pregnant, you put in your due date and you can get weekly updates on how your baby is growing. Once the child(ren) is/are born, you can get all kinds of information on what they should eat, how much they should sleep and advice from mothers, fathers and healthcare professionals. You can get the latest information on shots, car seats, and milestones. As your child learns and grows, the site sends you information about your growing toddler and child. It is a great resource

Psychology today has a lot of articles written by professionals. You can search articles by category such as parenting. It is a very well written websites. Articles are up to date and scientific evidence is often quoted.

CafeMom.com has a ton of supportive mother's with great advice! Plus several articles and blogs regarding parenting tips!

http://www.mumsnet.com/ is a very useful site depending on what you are looking for, it has parenting tips from well regarded experts, forums to speak to other parents and links to other great resources.

The parenting subreddit on reddit is a really good place : http://www.reddit.com/r/parenting You can find support, help, advices, ideas, etc. People there are mostly cool and comprehensive.
