Absolutely not! As terrifying as panic attacks can be, you've gotten through 100% of the ones that you've experienced. You know they won't last forever and there are lots of tips out there about how to get through them. You shouldn't let anxiety stop you from doing the things you love.

Panic attacks are never easy things to deal with. They can interrupt you, stop you, prevent you; they're a bit like an annoying younger sibling. Common issues with panic attacks can include, hyperventilating in public (or in general), sweating profusely, feelings/sensations of paralysis or getting hot/cold flashes. However, there are ways that we can counteract these issues. One way could be to see a medical professional (though it is completely understandable that some people don't want to do this). Other ways could be grounding (5-4-3-2-1 technique is spoken highly of, where you say 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste) - it might take time to figure out what works best for you.
