Why is my heart beating so fast and why am I so out of breath even though I am just sitting down and relaxing?? Why do I feel like I will explode if I don't get out?

That's the problem, you're NOT relaxing. This is called heart palpitations caused by anxiety. The worst part is the more you become aware of the symptoms the worse the symptoms gets. And when this happens it's very difficult to be comfortable in your own skin.

It sounds like you are going through a panic attack. A good method to use is to close your eyes, put on some soothing music or a quick meditation. (try youtube, there are some great ones!) If in crisis, you can always call nationwide hotlines to be talked through your situation. You are not alone! You can overcome this!

Could it be that you're putting pressure on yourself to get out, but something is stopping you? Therefore, maybe anxiety could take place causing the fast beating and it can become hard to catch your breath?

You're probably having an anxiety attack. Sometimes things like that can happen for no reason or if they have a reason, it's called a trigger. There might be something causing you to feel that way, whether it be a fear or something else.
