Panic attacks occur when the control or comfort zone is left. These can be the feeling that something terrible is going to happen and I may even stop breathing so the the sweats rise along with total self awareness followed by the feeling that everyone senses my feelings. This will cause hormone changes which result in real bodily changes. Mindfulness and meditation help at these times bringing back to level.
