We can not know what will life bring to us 1 second later and yet, we should bare in mind that human being has become to earth to die one day. As far as any of us is not immortal and do not know what is going to happen tomorrow, we should always be hopeful and calm towards life. Yes we've been passing hard paths and life is hard we need to survive but everything we've been doing so far is to achieve happiness one day. If we do not know how to be happy and get away from anxiety and worries as far as we can, how could we even survive in a world with 7.53 billion people' To summarize yes we feel worried sometimes but nothing is more important to be happy and all we need to look for is happiness.

Sometimes, too much worrying may be a sign of stress, fear and anxiety. Here are few things that have been helping me overcome this: 1. Start being conscious about the times when you find yourself worrying about something. 2. Write down, verbatim, what you are worried about. For example, you can start with "I am worried about.....", or "I fear that....". You may be worrying about more than one thing, and that's only natural. Remember you are just looking out for yourself here, and you are the best person to do that! 3. Many times, It so happens that all our worries are sometimes interlinked in some way or the other, and we do not realize it. So once you've noted down all that has been causing you to worry, try to see see if any or all of them are interconnected. 4. Once you establish the interconnections, start drawing a hierarchy or a flowchart of your worries - this will help you to establish a clear-cut understanding of which aspects of your life have been causing you distress and adding to your worries. The above practice has helped me identify what has been causing me to worry so much and why. This also helps me quickly identify solutions and put my worries to rest. For some of us, our circumstances may be such that the solution itself is a tough one to decide on and implement as it might cause us or our loved ones some emotional pain as a consequence. And for some others, there might be a lack of clarity in arriving at a solution itself. In such cases, we may have to seek help from a trusted source, and remember, there is no harm in doing that. You are never alone! :) I hope my answer helps someone in need.
