Its normal to worry. We worry cause we're worried about our past and anxious for our future. Everyone has had that time in their lives when they stop to think that nothing seems to be working for them. Its good cause it enables us to make necessary changes, like changing the battle plan so we can get our objectives done sooner. Now the thing is, it becomes pathological when you start thinking of the future and past and dwell too long in it that you cant get urself out of it. A simple method would be to sit down, think of just 1 thing that worries you. Focus on that 1 thing, think about if it can be changed or modified, if not, let it go, and u need to try to never think abt it again cos uve already gavt that "worry" its due time. It neednt bug you again. Now if its the futurrme that worries you, theres always a bright side where you make plans on how youre ready for whats to come and how you would handle it. Sounds easy, its not. Hence the reason why they say its difficult for man to live a non social life. Use that and talk to a friend. Theyll help clear our mind better. Unless youre into meditation and yoga. In that case answers come boundless. Just Breathe. :-)

Some of us are just natural worriers and don't even realize it yet on the other hand anxiety can cause excessive worrying that does not allow us to relax. It takes up all of our brain space. Imagery and doing something you enjoy can ease the worrying sometimes.try to replace bagging thoughts with positive ones

It's normal to worry and to a certain point it's also a good thing, because it means that you're reflecting on yourself and your actions and that you think through your plans, but you should care that it's not crossing a certain line.
If you feel really worried, just take a small break, breath deeply and try to focus on the main things. Take small steps and you'll achieve your goals for sure and all of your worries will vanish.

Well, it could be because of anxiety. Sometimes anxiety causes us to worry about so many things, a lot of the time, even when it's not practical.
