Psychologically speaking, what's happened here is "Classic Conditioning". It sounds like school is causing you anxiety, and you've learnt the bus is taking to you school. You've paired the bus with the feeling of going to school and hence forth creates a panic attack. I'd recommend trying to to sit by open some windows on the bus and get some fresh air, and focus on your breathing, and know a panic attack is just the body heightening its senses, and it's nothing to fear :}

I had panic attacks in the school bus because of self doubts and anxiety. What got me through it was the self respect i learned to have for myself.

There might be something triggering them for you on there, maybe it's the anticipation of going to school if that stresses you out, or maybe it's certain people that are on the bus that are doing it. Hopefully you can find the source of the problem so that it'll be easier to find a solution for it.

School is a big, busy place with people you don't know personally. It can be quite intimidating. I experience this as well.

This could be due to a trigger related to school stress, the people around you, or simply being on the bus. Try keeping a journal of your panic attacks to see if there are any patterns that arise. This may help you identify the trigger and help manage and reduce the panic attacks.

Maybe it's because you're afraid to be judged, and because you're in a public place where you not always can be yourself. You just have to learn to not care about what others think about you

It could be a sign of social anxiety and/or having a fear of large crowds. For your best interest I suggest finding a more comfortable way to get to school.
