The most important things to do in this situation would be to sit down and remind yourself that you're not in any harm. I found my uncontrolled breathing being a part of anxiety, being overwhelmed. I also went to see someone as this scared me and found out my solution. I recommend seeking help as this can become scary

There are moments in our lives where we can't control our actions, emotions, and such. Don't panic though, it's normal. Meditation can help calm your breathing, or even a happy memory. Try searching for a method that can calm you down, they really help!
